[Insight-developers] BinaryFunctionDilateImageFilter

Is there supposed to be a BinaryFunctionDilateImageFilter?  It's under 
"See also" in the comments for BinaryDilateImageFilter, but I don't 
find a file for it and it's not linked to anything in Doxygen.  The 
same thing is true for Erode.  I notice that there *are* 
GrayscaleFunction{Dilate,Erode}ImageFilters, so perhaps the Binary 
versions are planned but not yet implemented?
