[Insight-developers] Applications: candidates to be removed

Hi,

As part of the reorganization of the applications,
we went through all of them and identified some
that we may want to remove from the repository.

Most of them are early applications that haven''t
been updated in a while. Others are small examples
that are superseed by code in Insight/Examples.


Here is the list of candidates to be removed.:
