The doxygen doc for SigmoidImageFilter

seems unclear to me.  It statest that f(x) = (Max - Min), which looks 
to be a constant function.  The formula for $S$ is confusing too, since 
I'm not sure what it meant by $A \cap B$, and I'm not sure what role S 
plays.
