[Insight-developers] BSpline Mutual Information Registration

I am here at RSNA with Luis et al. and he suggested that I send a note 
out to the group. I am interested in using a mutual information spline 
based deformation algorithm to co-register fMR EPI data with structural 
MR scans. He thought that Lydia may have already coded up a similar 
application. If anyone has suggestions on developing such an 
application, it would be greatly appreciated. I have been using the 
Multi-Resolution mutual information image registration for affine based 
registrations with a great amount of success.
