[Insight-developers] fem coverage

Developers,

I'm making some bug fixes and updates related to the fem and fem
registration and also fixing the femregistrationfilter test.  I've
compiled my changes with itk from earlier today using gcc 3.2 and
everything was fine.  It's about time to commit this stuff but I'd like to
avoid bringing too much pain to the community.  So, this is a warning!
I'll diligently watch the continuous builds hoping for no errors before
making a final commit of the test.
