The CVS repository is officially frozen
in preparation for the ITK release 1.4

Things we should NOT do:

1) Add any new files to Insight/Code

2) Add features to existing classed
      in Insight/Code

CVS access will be removed to anyone who
do (1) or (2), and your email will be
suscribed to a number of telemarketing
spam lists.

Things we SHOULD do:

1) Start experimental builds

        We are starting:

        - VC++ 7.0         at Kitware
        - Linux gcc 3.02   at Kitware
        - Cygwin gcc 3.2   at UNC


2) Contribute more nightly builds.
      we are needing:

        - Cygwin
        - VC++ 6.0
        - VC++ 7.0
        - VC++ 2003
        - Mac


3) Keep an eye on the Dashboard,
      if we commited any major changes.


4) Add tests in Insight/Testing
      for increasing coverage at least
      up to 70%


5) Start removing warnings


6) Solve any failing test


7) Order Pizzas
