[Insight-developers] Warnings

We are down to 6 warnings on several linux gcc systems.
The warnings all come from this class:
itkVectorFuzzyConnectednessImageFilter.txx


We are down to 12 on another system, with most of the warnings coming
from here:
IO/itkVOLImageIO.h
and here
IO/itkVTKImageIO.cxx

Can the authors of the classes please take a look at
fixing the warnings.
