[Insight-developers] Testing machines temporarily down at GE

Folks,
	We are having some new power run into our lab today and tomorrow.
Consequently, several GE machines will not be reporting dashboard results
today.

ct02_oc (our SGI)
moxel1 (our continuous Borland build)
moxel2 (our nightly VC++ and Borland)

Tomorrow morning, we will also have a power shutdown and the other GE
machines will not be up. They may or may not be turned on by Saturday
afternoon.

Be careful today and through the weekend with your checkins. Make sure you
build on as many machines as you can.
