Hello, all:

I have written a guide to building the optional components of ITK, and
added it to the documentation on the web pages:

http://www.itk.org/HTML/BuildOptions.htm

There is a link to it from the main documentation page at:

http://www.itk.org/HTML/Documentation.htm

The page is intended to be a summary of the build options, what they
enable, and what they require.  It is not a complete set of instructions
detailing how to actually install the required software.  However, there
are basic instructions for configuring ITK to use the other software once
installed.

Please review the page to see if the options for your code are accurately
documented.  If an option is missing, please add it.  We should try to
keep this up to date as it will be helpful to users (and developers)
interested in building more than the basic source tree.
