The BSpline code in ITK has created a dependency where Common now depends on BasicFilters. Common is
not allowed to depend on BasicFilters. The particular case is that
Common/itkBSplineInterpolationImageFunction depends on
BasicFilters/itkBSplineDecompositionImageFilter.
Can the relevant parties please address this?
Common can depend on Numerics.
BasicFilters can depend on Common and Numerics
Algorithms can depend on BasicFilters, Common and Numerics
SpatialObject can depend on ??? Probably Common and Numerics or maybe just Numerics.
