Does anyone know where std::alloc is usually defined? It is used as a default template parameter in
itk_hashtable. The Borland compiler responds with "alloc not a member of std".
As an interim fix, I turned off VCL_CAN_DO_COMPLETE_DEFAULT_TYPE_PARAMETER for the Borland compiler.
