Hi Bill,


The glut components are being removed.
They will not be packaged witht the Release 1.0

In the trunk they will go separated in to the
Applications checkout. This also includes the
FLTK, VTK and Qt components.Since they are
auxiliary material for building applications.

I'll put a condition in the CMakeLists.txt files
in the meantime.

The reorganization of Examples/Applications
could be done after IEEE-Viz.
