[Insight-developers] Ruthless documentation..

Hi Folks-

I am now cleaning up Insight/Documentation as we talked about. There is now 
a Doxygen/ directory and stuff has been moved into it. There is some other 
junk in there that doesn't belong there. The Insight.bib file was moved to 
InsightDocuments/Papers/. There was a VC_Custom_Projects.doc that is now in 
the attic. There are three  files left:

ArchitectureAssessment.xls
MissingFunctions.doc
README-Methods.doc

I think these belong in InsightDocuments/Developer/General/

Speak now or they will go there.....
