[Insight-developers] Release 1.0 branched

Hello, all:

I have just created the CVS branch for the 1.0 release.  The tags are:

  Release-1-0    = Branch for 1.0.
  Release-1-0-bp = Branch point for 1.0.

Using "-r Release-1-0" on a cvs checkout will get the version.
