               Who should meet whom?
               Feedback from the users.

1:00  -  Developers meeting
               Refactoring the Mesh classes?
               What next?
3:15  -  break
3:30  -  Developers meeting (continued)

Actually I don't know,

I put the Tutorial there (on Tuesday Oct 8 9:00am) as a tentative
time but don't know exactly when the new contractors are supposed
to attend...

Any ideas ?

How about adding another hour (e.g. 9:30 - 10:30) for .listenening
from the new contractors ?
