[Insight-developers] We need to tag a release

Right now TripleTK only works with VTK3.2.

The other option is to remove it from the 1.0 release...I really do 
question its utility as an example at this time....

Right now it can load 2D or 3D images, so we have to bypass the 
itkIOFactory.   I've been thinking of moving this capability into 
itkMetaImageIO...if you request to load a 3D image and specify a 2D 
image file, it creates a 1-slice 2D image - this is a hack, but that way 
a viewer can handle both 2D and 3D images....
