[Insight-developers] VC7 .NET warning

I added the disable 4290 a few days ago. Maybe I did it incorrectly.

In itkWin32Header.h I am a bit suspicious of

// C++ exception specification ignored except to indicate...
#pragma warning ( disable : 4267 )

since warning number 4267 is non-existent.

Should I take it out?
