[Insight-developers] renaming Examples as Applications

Let's do the move in two steps. First create the applications directory and move the current
examples. Leave them as in place builds until that move settles down. Then we can address the out of
tree build. This will have an impact on testing.

Hi,

The long announced reorganization of
the Examples directory will be done
this week.

Most of the content of Insight/Examples
will be moved to a Insight/Applications
directory.

The main CMakeLists.txt file will be
freed from any refereces to external
libraries used only by the examples.
Namely: FLTK, VTK, OpenGL, GLUT, GLU.

This will extremely simplify ITK build
and installation.

The Applications will be configured to
be build outside the ITK tree (as a
real user will be expected to do it).

Validation studies in the Examples
directory will be moved to the Validation
directory.
