I have added an exclude for itkTestMain.h into the BuildHeaderTest.tcl script, and I have committed a new itkCommonHeaderTest.cxx. I did not run the script, so someone at GE, might want to run it. Perhaps it should be run as a custom command in cmake if you have tcl installed? -Bill
