[Insight-developers] cvs checkout error

Everything should be fine now. Somehow there was a directory "cvs" in the repository. This conflicted with the CVS directory that is normally created by a checkout. On windows, the file names are case insensitive. I'm not sure how this bogus directory got into the repository.
