[Insight-developers] cvs checkout error

When doing the checkout of the itk, I get the following error in CVS:

cvs.exe checkout: in directory
Insight/Examples/MutualInformationEuler2DRegistration/cvs:
cvs.exe checkout: cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file or
directory

I've tried to delete the entire Examples directory and do the checkout
again, and the error is still there. I'm also positive that there is
enough disk space on my hard drive. My guess is that there is something
wrong with the repository.
