Hi Joetta.
I created a step-by-step installation guide ITK with
CMake, FLTK, and VTK on Windows to build ITK with all
examples and test programs.

Since you are using beta tar ball, you should skip
step 4-1. Instead, you unzip the tar ball.
The guide is more like do-what-I-say kind of stuff.
However, it really works.
