[Insight-developers] Warning regarding CMake LatestRelease

Hi Bill,

We tested the module for the old version and it was working.
I think I see the problem.
Under windows, if ${FLTK_GL_LIBRARY} or/and ${FLTK_FORMS_LIBRARY} is
defined then VC++ is trying to include NOTFOUND.lib isn't it ?

Question for CMake folks : Is this a bug in CMake ?
otherwise I can fix this easily.
