[Insight-developers] Developing Classifier Framework

Hi,
Jisung Kim (at UNC) and I have started reworking the classifier
framework to create an efficient design that:
1. provides a unifying interface for the classification related objects
currently in the statistics class and the ones in the code/algorithm
directory,
2. reuses various classification related objects interchangeably without
compromising on performance,
3. enables easy navigation through the various classification related
objects in the toolchest for a new/novice user/developer.

Any input you may have will improve the framework design. The goal is to
have the general framework done by the meeting at UNC next month.
