[Insight-developers] caleb.-crd and sextant.-crd : FLTK problems

The last one is due to the fltk version on caleb.
the new signature for fl_input has a default value for the
second parameter.  fl_input( char *, char * def=0 );

In any case, I just put a default string on it in the 
Morphogenesis example and checked in.

 It should be working now.
