[Insight-developers] Tcl script for itk*HeaderTest

Bill,

Some of the problems I have encountered recently are related with
the fact that the itk*HeaderTest.cxx files are updated by a Tcl script.    

During local test I use the *HeaderTest.cxx from the previous pass
and end up missing errors that could have been caught before committing
to the repository.

Could we have this Tcl scripts running as part of the local builds ?

It would be nice if the script is run in local every time we made an
experimental build.
