[Insight-developers] Transform changes

Hi,

I'll start checking in the Transform changes this evening.
so please do not modify classes that rely on them:

- Images
- ImageFilters
- Interpolators

The ImageRegistration examples and tests will be temporarily
disabled because they will not comply immediatly with the
new format of the Transforms. That will allow to check the
effect of the Transform changes on the rest of the Toolkit
wihtout being flushed with errors from the Registration
Framework.
