[Insight-developers] email changeover

Hi... not exactly who's in charge of each of the following, but my old 
email is finally expiring and needs to be changed in a few Insight spots. 
These are:

GNATS
CVS/dashboard auto-notification

The correct address is:

dmshelto@andrew.cmu.edu

I've manually updated my Developer's and User's mailing lists membership. 
If there is a way I can update either of the above myself, please let me 
know - that might be useful knowledge in the future.
