[Insight-developers] Examples directory changes...

Hi Folks-

Luis and I would like to remove the "old" examples from the Examples/ 
directory. No one should be using them now---they were moved into 
Applications/ a while back. This will greatly clean up the organization of 
the Examples/ and position us for the upcoming release. It will also 
complement the InsightDocuments/SoftwareGuide, which incorporates the new 
Examples/ code directly into the documentation.

We'll wait until late Thursday to give everyone a chance to respond.
