Could you fix the errors that are showing up on the subject build? You must be building the rel1-0
against the nightly VTK. Unfortunately, Andy has not completed his include file VTK madness yet. I
have repired the problem on the main branch a while back. You just need some:
#include "vtkImageData.h" 

statements.
