[Insight-developers] '02 UNC summer ITK tutorial URL

Hi.

Here is the URL of the UNC ITK tutorial Web page that 
we talked about at the TCon.

You probably don't want to look at the following two
sessions.

  * Special presession: (June 21, 3:00pm, Optional)
    Force Feedback Programming on the Sensible Phantom
  * Session 5: Visualization

It's basically a collection of texts, slides, and
source codes. Some of those materials are from various
presentations given by ITK developers in previous
presentations. And others are written or rewritten for
the tutorial. Currently, copywright is not properly
managed with these materials.
