[Insight-developers] Examples directory.

At the tcon last week, I got the impression that people were 
envisioning the 'applications' directory as being set up for an 
outside-ITK build, with the 'examples' directory still being built as 
part of ITK.  A problem with this approach is that the way people are 
going to use the examples is to copy them somewhere else and then 
modify them until they have the program they're trying to write.  If 
users are going to do that, then we want the examples all to be set up 
and tested to build outside of ITK.

Does that make sense?
