Sayan,
typename should preceed the type but come after the const. It's amazing how one small change can
cause so many errors. I suspect you build on Windows which seems to ignore typename for the most
part.

I checked in the change to itkExtensionVelocitiesImageFilter.txx.

Thanks for starting to fix the typenames. Don't let this one experience hold you back. Just keep an
eye on the Continuous. That's what it's there for.
