Hello all...

I had a brief chat with Bill while at SIGGRAPH, and it struck me
that the poster deadline for IEEE Vis 2002 in Boston has been
extended until August 16th. Two page abstracts are required
with possible preliminary PDF or Powerpoint version of their
poster encouraged.

- We are organizing a course at Vis2002.

- We have been offered space in the Kitware booth at Vis2002.

- Stephen has drafted a flyer/handout.

- We can make luggage tags and perhaps distribute CD-ROMs at Vis.

Should we do a poster? Will more people circulate and talk to us
about ITK if we do a poster? Who should write it, and what should it
say? Is it just a poster version of the web site? Or should contract
P.I.s send individual case-study-like panels. It all has to fit on
a 2 foot by 3 foot poster. Live demos on laptops are encouraged.
How is this different from discussions at the Kitware booth?
Better? Not as good?

I'm taking feedback.

Terry
