[Insight-developers] caleb.crd dependencies

There was no HAS_FLTK in the CMakeCache.txt file. I'm not sure why... We use cmake's LatestRelease
checkout.

Yes, ImageRegistration is building for me on Linux and Windows.
The FltkImageViewer library is specified on its CMakeLists.txt file.

Something strange is going on...   it this only happening on caleb ?
