[Insight-developers] More Dashboard woes

Folks,
Due to an empty directory, SpatialObject, but a CMakeLists.txt file that pointed to it, the Daylight
Savings time changes did not propagate to the builds. Also, the empty directory seemed to have caused
cmake to get caught in a possibly? infinite loop.

I have removed the offending subdir from the CMakeLists.txt file. I'm hoping the Continuous can
recover.
