I think this example was disabled in the Example/CMakeLists.txt
because it uses the deprecated registration classes.  Now it only
has the guards: IF(HAS_VTK) ... build this example.

The deprecated registration classes are not functional anymore.

We can either comment out the SUBDIR in the Examples/CMakeLists.txt
file or add an option around it so you can enable the compilation
of the example only at your local installation by running CMake.

Any preferences ?
