Bill put in a fix to FunctionBase to include ObjectFactory.  Does your source tree have that
modification?

The SpatialFunction class, derived classes, and tests have now been
updated to comply with the FunctionBase interface. 

There are a few lingering compilation issues with several tests, which
build fine when compiled outside of the source tree but have problems with
the object factory (specifically the NewMacro) when compiled as part of
the main itk workspace. Specifically, the various SpatialFunction tests -
found in testing/code/common - fail to compile, while similar usage of the
spatial function classes in the various blox tests under
testing/code/basicfilters - work fine.

Anyone have any thoughts? Is this due to a source problem on our end or in
the way includes are set up for testing?
