[Insight-developers] Linux Coverage

Hi all,

  Bill Lorensen noticed that the Linux Coverage builds were not reporting on *.txx files.  It turns
out that gcc-2.96 has a problem with exception handling and templates when coverage information is
generated.  gcc-3.0.1 fixes this problem.  Today I sucessfully compiled Insight using gcc-3.0.1, and
generated coverage information, and will change one of our nightly builds to use gcc-3.0.1 on linux
and generate coverage information.

The takeaway: coverage is at 68%, yea!
