[Insight-developers] itk::EventObject added

Hi,

Events have been converted to be of type
itk::EventObject instead of enums.

Most of the test seems to be working after
the change, but still the file in Examples
have to be updated.

the new class is in

  Insight/Code/Common/itkEventObject.h


A macro itkEventMacro() was created to
simplify the creation of new events.
