Please note, Friday's agenda is still assembling itself.

Action item:  Send me a list of problems and/or missing features from
		ITK to organize the discussion of the second morning
		session.  This is not a discussion of refactoring, but
		rather an alpha-test report from our own
		algorithm/application developers.

    The first session is on administration (scheduling for the remaining
    meetings - BRING YOUR CALENDARS).  Followed by a discussion on the
    coding, style, and integration of ITK software.

    Break.

    The second morning session will cover developer's experience with the
    toolkit.  All of us have been working on examples, so we have
    alpha-test experience to share.  Please send me items to form an
    agenda for this discussion (do we need image statistics in the
    objects/headers?, what features are underutilized?  what features are
    missing from a developer's viewpoint?  what is too awkward?  what runs
    too slowly? etc.).

    We will briefly examine some of these issues and then try to prioritize
    them

    Lunch.

    We'll followup the discussions from the morning.  a list of
    bugs/details/punch-list will be generated for the beta-test.

    Validation will be summarized again by Terry, with specific details on
    data and statistics to be announced, but only limited discussion will
    be permitted due to time constraints.

    Beta test plans will be discussed.

    Break.

    Summarize the meeting.  Tasks will be assigned.  reminders for
    Work assignments will be issued.  Discussion will continue in small
    groups.
