[Insight-developers] Poor performance in Visual Studio IDE

Lately I've noticed that the responsiveness of the Visual Studio IDE has =
become rather sluggish when working with ITK. Not only does it take a =
long time to load the workspace, but just entering a blank line into =
source files causes a noticeable delay. A while back someone had =
mentioned deleting files with a certain extension to speed things up; =
can anyone tell me what that extension is? Something like .ncb or .opt?
