[Insight-developers] mesh data structure problem.

Hi! Thanks for check in the fix, however, the problem has not been solved
yet.
when I use:
itk::Mesh<float> Mesh;
Mesh::PointType x;
getpoint(i, x);
the value in x is still not right. please look into that.(though much better
now, all the data is there, but the order is not correct)
