[Insight-developers] Visual C++ project tutorial

Hi Damion,

I found I also needed to set "Use Run-time Library" to
"Debug Multithreaded DLL" (debug mode ) and
"Multithreaded DLL" (release mode) else it won't compile.

In my system, these weren't the defaults for a console app.

Are you able compile using a different run-time library setting?
