[Insight-developers] CMakeSetup compile problem

If you are running it from the GUI, I don't see how you would get
an error executing NMAKE?

1. Load the CMakeSetup.dsw
2. Select CMakeSetup as the active project.
3. Build -> Build CMakeSetup.exe

What if any errors do you get at any point in the above process?
