I've fixed what appears on the current dashboard. Some of the testing errors
still appearing on the crd.ge.com builds are out of date - these were fixed
yesterday, and the files referenced by the dashboard as causing build
problems are no longer in the locations reported by the error messages.

PLEASE! Anyone with a non-VC++ 6.0 machine who has the spare time to do an
update and rebuild and report errors I'd appreciate the help in verifying
that what I've done has fixed the problem. On my machine, I've been building
cleanly (0 errors, 0 warnings) for the past two weeks and the "continuous"
builds are simply not frequent enough to provide ample feedback for remote
debugging.
