Hello all,
I have checked in and populated a hierarchy for documentation of ITK, as we
discussed in our Seattle meeting.
The classes are now arranged in a logical way and it should make navigating
through ITK somewhat easier.

Please check it out at:

Please make sure your classes are assigned in the right place. Feel free to
change if they are not, or let me know and I can change it.

I could not figure out the categories for the classes listed in the attached
file. Could the authors of these classes help me figure out where they
should belong?
