[Insight-developers] compiling tests, include problems

Hi...

In looking at the dashboard today, it appears that all of the five tests I
uploaded are having trouble including "itkVTKImageWriter.h"

So, what's the deal with include files / tests? Should I be specifying
include paths absolutely, e.g. common/itkVTKImageWriter.h - this is the only
file that seems to be causing problems, which is a little odd if the problem
is path-related.
