[Insight-developers] Doxygen Header/Footer/Modules/RelatedPages

Hi,

I'm trying to customize the appearance of Doxygen's main page.

A Header and a Footer in HTML were added to Insight/Documentation,
as well as a stylesheet DoxygenStyle.css that allows to customize
the whole tree by setting fonts and colors for all the HTML pages.

This works well in my local Linux installation, but it is not
working on the public site. Looks like the Documentation directory
were not available to doxygen when it passes over, or maybe CMake
is not replaceing the ITK_SOURCE_DIR variable correctly...

In the customized DoxygenHeader.html file, the name of "Modules"
was replaced by "Groups".

Could somebody at Kitware please have a look at this. Rigth now
the main page looks really plain, and even the related pages
are missing.
