[Insight-developers] Build Error @CMAKE_AR_ARGS@

The definition should be in CMake/Templates/configure.in:
AC_SUBST(CMAKE_AR)
AC_SUBST(CMAKE_AR_ARGS)

Are you sure your entire cmake directory is up-to-date?
